Desert deli is a veteran own business and I love supporting all of our veterans so I decided to stop and try this deli out and I was not disappointed. It’s a very friendly staff. The first time here was on 12/9/2023. I have heard the rave reviews and recommendations of the sandwiches here. Love a good pastrami sandwich and had to see if it lived up to the hype. Well, the Mojave Pastrami did not disappoint. The French roll is soft and fresh, the pastrami is lean and very flavorful, and the deli mustard gives it that nice flavor that plain yellow mustard does not. I can’t speak highly enough about this place! Friendly service, great sandwiches (hot or cold), and the atmosphere was awesome. The music they play is from my childhood/school days.
